At MTA, we offer a rigorous, high-performance training environment designed for elite players aiming to compete at the highest levels. Athletes train an average of 36 -38 hours per week, with daily sessions (excluding Sundays) and personalized rest days tailored around tournament schedules and specific preparation needs.
A typical training day is divided into two morning sessions focused on tennis and fitness, followed by two afternoon sessions incorporating mental conditioning and Sports Science, when required, to prevent injuries.
The individualized training plans are developed by our experienced team of certified coaches, strength & Conditioning trainers, physiotherapists, doctors, and sports psychologists under the direction of Christopher Marquis.
